Group F02 – Smart Urban Operations & Public Services Solutions
This Award Group honours innovative digital platforms, systems, applications, and technology solutions that enable cities to plan, manage, and operate more efficiently while delivering high-quality public services.
Eligible nominations should demonstrate proven implementation, measurable impact, and tangible value in improving urban governance, operational efficiency, resource optimisation, service delivery, and the overall performance of cities and public institutions.
Organisations from ASOCIO member economies may submit an unlimited number of nominations. Each nomination may be entered into up to three Award Categories, provided it satisfies the eligibility requirements of each category.
The Award Group comprises 13 Award Categories (USS-01 to USS-13).
