Visa Information
- e-Visa Convenience: Viet Nam offers an electronic visa (e-Visa) for citizens of all countries and territories, valid for up to 90 days (single or multiple entry). Overseas delegates should apply directly through the official Vietnamese Government E-Visa portal prior to departure.
- Visa Exemption: Delegates holding passports from certain countries (including ASEAN member states, Japan, South Korea, Belarus, and select European nations) may enjoy visa-free entry for 14 to 45 days, depending on nationality. Please verify your passport’s specific eligibility before traveling.
- Official Invitation Letter: If your embassy or local immigration authority requires a formal letter of invitation for visa processing, the Organizing Committee (VINASA/ASOCIO) can provide an official Summit & Awards Invitation Letter upon request after registration.
