Arrival Airport: Overseas delegates should book flights arriving at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), located approximately 30 km (18 miles) north of downtown Hanoi.

Airport Transfers:

Taxis & Ride-Hailing: Ride-hailing applications (such as Grab, Gojek, or Be) operate seamlessly at HAN Airport. Traditional meter taxis are also available outside terminals T1 (Domestic) and T2 (International). VINASA could also help arrange pickup transportation for delegates upon request for $22.

Travel Time: Expect a 50 to 70 minutes drive from Noi Bai Airport to central Hanoi or the summit venue, depending on traffic.
